Service Provider Association (S.P.A.) is not your typical cleaning company. Founded in 2020 by Raúl Cuñarro, an immigrant and visionary entrepreneur, S.P.A. was born out of the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. With a mission to elevate health and hygiene through professional cleaning services, S.P.A. also offers immigrants and aspiring business owners a pathway to financial independence by guiding them in launching their own cleaning businesses.
Our Story
Raúl Cuñarro founded S.P.A. after over eight years of experience managing the Iowa branch of a national commercial cleaning company. Witnessing firsthand how large corporations often limit growth opportunities for employees, Raúl was inspired to make a change. Determined to create a company that values its workers and fosters independence, he left his corporate role to start S.P.A.—a place where skilled cleaners can build and own profitable businesses through a franchise-style model.
